For these excellent products, contact us directly for delivery. We will evaluate based on the current delivery rates of the carriers to your area. Deliveries will be made by pallet and by appointment.
Alfa Oven Maintenance and Safety Precautions
- Outdoor use only.
- Propane burner included (depending on model)
- Do not place hot ashes in trash cans. Allow the ashes to cool completely before disposing of them. Please use appropriate containers for such waste.
Stone Maintenance
- Coloring: the surface of the stone will necessarily darken (which gives a smoky taste that we love!)
- Cleaning: Does your stone need cleaning?
- Allow the high oven temperatures to burn off any excess food
- Use a brush to remove stubborn residue directly in the oven
- If necessary: use a dry cloth to remove dust (no water or soap!)
- Never let the stone soak in water or put it in the dishwasher
Alfa Oven Warranty
All Alfa ovens have a two-year manufacturer’s warranty covering all types of failure due to defective parts, manufacturing problems, or premature wear even if these events rarely occur.
