The disadvantage of a solid pizza peel is that the dough tends to stick more than when using a perforated or wooden peel. That said, it’s perfect for those who want to bake a large pizza, without spending money on a perforated peel. In any case, be sure to sprinkle a little more flour on the peel if you want it to slide under the crust better.

Well, first of all, this material makes the peel lighter than traditional models, but just as sturdy.
