Gi. Metal’s perforated aluminum pizza peel is the perfect combination between a wooden peel and a solid aluminum peel.
Why? Well, compared to a wooden peel, this one is more durable, easier to wash, and better at sliding under the crust. And compared to a solid aluminum peel, the dough sticks a lot less! On top of that, the perforations even help you remove the excess flour from the bottom of your pizza to avoid burning the crust. It’s the best of both worlds!

Gi. Metal’s perforated pizza peel is made from anodized aluminum. What makes this material so special? First off, it’s lighter than what’s used in traditional models, but still extremely strong. Secondly, anodized aluminum is corrosion resistant and can withstand high temperatures (a must-have for your 900° F pizza oven!) Finally, it’s easy to maintain and scratch-resistant. So, say goodbye to those pesky smudges and fingerprints. It’s much more beautiful this way!
Also keep in mind that you can choose between 3 different sizes: 12”, 14”, and 16”. The 12” is compatible with the 12” ovens and the 14” and 16” with the 16” ovens. The only difference is that the 14” is easier to handle because it doesn’t take up as much space in the oven. The 16” is reserved for the experienced pizzaiolo that loves making large pizzas to share.
Keep in mind that you can change ovens, but a pizza peel, well, that’s for life (or just about)!
